  They've started a pet cremation service, which my local vet used for the first time. Instead of the nice wooden container I used to receive from his previous pet cremation service, this time the ashes of my special pet came in a plastic bag which was shoved into a small metal $1.00 tin from the Dollar Store. I have complained in the most strong terms to my vet and am reviewing my other options. The callousness and disrespect provided by these people, who have the nerve to label their service "Faithful Friends Pet Cremation", is breathtaking. I can only warn other pet owners away from them.

  I'm sorry about others who have had problems along with the passing of a beloved pet. My experience with the services they offered was the most comforting and helpful as they took such good care of my companion dog of 15 years. It is heartbreaking to go through this loss as it has only been a month, but these people were compassionate as well as very professional. This service offered for my beloved was a blessing so if there was a problem, you should contact them with your concerns as I believe they will help you. They offer a wonderful service to us who have had such a great loss in our lives so just talk to them. It can't hurt anymore than the loss of your loved one.
